Built at the Intersection of Advanced Technology and Human Ambition
AEONIX STUDIO is a venture studio founded to close the gap between what science develops and what the world uses.
There is a gap between what science painstakingly develops and what the world uses. The most transformative technologies often sit in national laboratories, research institutions, university programs, and corporate research divisions for years, waiting for someone who can understand them deeply enough to see what they could become, and build confidently enough to make it real.
AEONIX STUDIO exists to close that gap, from both sides. The studio conducts its own original research and develops its own intellectual property across physical sciences, engineering, life sciences, and emerging technology. It also actively seeks technologies developed externally at national laboratories, research institutes, universities, and corporate research organizations that have strong scientific foundations but have not yet found their commercial form.
That work is built on 20+ years of hands-on research, engineering, and company building across space, aerospace, automotive, and consumer electronics, including energy systems for human-rated spacecraft at SpaceX, battery architecture developed through work at Faraday Future and Romeo Power Technologies, and the founding of multiple ventures from concept through scaled organization.
The foundation of that work is stewardship: the belief that vision and the right to build and lead are earned by protecting the integrity of the science, the ventures, and the relationships that carry them forward.

Where We Are
Building Deliberately
AEONIX STUDIO is pre-revenue and building deliberately, with a long term view on the ventures and partnerships it pursues.
Active research and development programs are underway across the studio's core domains, with intellectual property being developed and documented in parallel. The studio's first product is in development.
AEONIX STUDIO is actively seeking its first technology commercialization partner.
Preference is for institutions and organizations whose technologies align with the studio's scientific depth and commercial ambitions across physical sciences, engineering, and life sciences.
